ALKUSANAT     /     A PREFACE

Ei oikein mitään hajua, mikä tämän blogin tarkka sisältö tulee olemaan: tuleeko se toimimaan Nunchakupunkin blogina, kuten nimi antaisi olettaa, vai onko siellä omia kirjoituksiani punkista, vai sekä että. Tai tuleeko tämä olemaan suomeksi vai englanniksi. Vai sekä että. Varmaan ainakin alussa sisältö tulee olemaan ihan mitä sattuu, fiiliksen mukaan. Ehdoton pääpaino joka tapauksessa ainakin tulee olemaan tämän hetken DIY-punkissa. Netissä on jo ihan tarpeeksi 70- ja 80-luvun punkin nostalgiassa vellovia sivuja. Punk ei ole museo ja eläminen pelkästään menneisyydessä tarkoittaa itselleni samaa kuin 100-prosenttisen varma tapa tappaa punk.

Itse asiassa aloitin tämän blogin jo 2017 (!) enkä vieläkään ole päässyt tämän pidemmälle, joten hyvin oletettavaa on, ettei tämä tästä nytkään tule etenemään, hah. Varsinkaan, kun onnistuin deletoimaan vahingossa sen tekstin, jonka kirjoitin tänne neljä vuotta sitten ja jonka piti olla tämän aloitusteksti. Hyvä alku.

Alkajaisiksi, ja myös sen alleviivaamiseksi mitä sanoin elämisestä tässä päivässä, laitan tähän aloituksen perään listan joistakin itseäni eniten miellyttäneistä vuoden 2021 punk-julkaisuista. Jos joku löytää sieltä seasta jonkin itselleen uuden mieluisan bändin/julkaisun, tälläkin listauksella oli jokin merkitys. Eli olkaa hyvä, tässä valikoitu, hardcorepunkkiin painottuva  kokoelma punkin kultaisen vuoden 2021 sadosta:

No idea about what the exact content of this blog will be: will it be a blog for the Nunchakupunk DIY punk label as the name suggests, or will it contain my own writings about punk, or will it be both of these. No idea about if it will be in Finnish or in English, or both in Finnish and English. At least in the beginning the content will probably be a total mish mash, depending on what mood I'm in. What is certain is that the main focus will be in the DIY punk of this very moment. There are more than enough web pages concentrating on the 70's/80's punk nostalgy. For me punk is not a museum, and living only in the past is a 100 % sure way to make punk dead.

As a matter of fact I started this blog already in 2017 (!) and I still haven't accomplished anything so very presumably nothing happens this time either, ha ha. Especially as I already accidentally deleted the text I had written here four years ago and was supposed to be the introduction. A good start indeed.
